Electro Rockers Crud Host Spring "Freak" at The Ritz

Sideshow Performers, Snake Charmers and Riveting Live Music on April 19

 

CRUDDetroit electro rockers Crud host a “Spring Freak” on Friday April 19 at The Ritz (24300 Hoover Rd., Warren, Michigan.) Doors are at 8 p.m. and ages 18 and over are welcome to attend. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door Discounted advance tickets are now available at The Ritz and online at showclix.com. 

 

Crud’s “Spring Freak” promises to be a night of thrilling live entertainment.  With performances by some of the Midwest’s most provocative sideshow acts including The Revolution Circus, Apocalypse Theatre, and Detroit’s own Doppelganger Circus, this is a night guaranteed to get hearts racing!  Adding to the “freak” will be snake charmer and tarot card reader Shetan Noir, Gypsy rockers Ichi Zero, plus a Lucky Monkey Tattoo giveaway! In addition to headliners Crud, alternative cabaret artists Bride Stripped Bar and hard rockers Thirteen Mile Tragedy will pump up the night’s soundtrack along with DJ Moondancer and VJ Piratek. Need even more “freak”? Rock N Rummage will be on hand selling all kinds of affordable and freaky wares!

 

Crud is currently promoting their critically acclaimed CD "Crud on Monster Island," now available on ITunes, Cdbaby.com, and bigcartel.com.  The CD, along with the band's debut disc "Devil at The Wheel" will be for sale at The Ritz show, along with a limited edition tour T-shirt.

 

Fronted by Sponge lead singer Vinnie Dombroski (who the Austin Chronicle calls one of rock's most mesmerizing front-men) and burlesque beauty Danielle Arsenault, the duo - along with band mates David Black (guitar), Dana “Deadly” Forrester (bass), and James Trunko (drums) are notorious for their decadent live show.  Crud grinds out a visual and aural assault that evokes the subversiveness of "Fight Club" with the titillating danger of a Quentin Tarantino film - all while leaving audiences begging for more.
